DIBELS 8th Edition percentiles and Zones of Growth were updated based on data collected during the 2021-2022 school year. The sample includes 2,869,626 students from all 50 states and reflects the current nationwide distribution of scores after a period of unprecedented disruption and challenge to typical instructional practices resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
The new percentiles and Zones of Growth are currently in use on the DIBELS Data System https://dibels.amplify.com and mClass® https://amplify.com/programs/mclass/. Technical reports are available at https://dibels.uoregon.edu/research .
